Giselle

About this event

Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre presents Giselle with the PBT Orchestra, a timeless ballet of love, betrayal and forgiveness. This hauntingly romantic classic follows Giselle through heartbreak and a supernatural world, pairing expressive storytelling with ethereal choreography. The production features Adolphe Adam’s sweeping score performed live by the PBT Orchestra, adding depth and immediacy to every dramatic turn. A new staging by Adam W. McKinney brings a fresh perspective to choreography by Jean Coralli and Jules Perrot, with later revisions by Marius Petipa. It’s an elegant introduction to the emotional power and enduring beauty of classical ballet. Confirm dates and details on the official listing.
