About this event
The Queers are a Portsmouth, New Hampshire punk rock band known for fast, catchy songs that blend Ramones-inspired pop-punk hooks with irreverent humor and a scrappy, high-energy attitude. Formed in 1981, the group has built a lasting following through an extensive catalog of originals, covers, and rowdy live performances. Led by longtime frontman Joe Queer, the band brings a spirited dose of old-school punk to the stage, appealing to listeners who enjoy melodic guitar riffs, singalong choruses, and unapologetically direct rock ’n’ roll.
