About this event
Pink Talking Fish is a hybrid tribute act that fuses the music of Pink Floyd, Talking Heads and Phish. The band is distinguished by its genre-spanning arrangements, which connect Pink Floyd’s progressive rock, Talking Heads’ art-funk and Phish’s improvisational jam-band tradition in a single live set. Its repertoire includes recognizable songs such as Pink Floyd’s “Comfortably Numb,” Talking Heads’ “Once in a Lifetime” and Phish’s “You Enjoy Myself.” The group’s official site describes each performance as an evolving tribute to three influential bands.
